SEO Career trains high-achieving undergraduates (Phase 1: Edge) and connects them to paid summer internships at corporate partners (Phase 2: Success), with a mandatory Career Summit in New York. More than 80% of interns receive full-time offers.

Why it matters

Based in New York with a large Wall Street partner network, and its official qualifications say F-1 students may be eligible for the internship phase, which is unusual among career programs.

The qualifications list says 'Work authorized in the U.S.' with the footnote: F-1 students may be eligible for Phase 2: Success. DACA and other work-permit holders qualify as work-authorized.

Eligibility

First-years, sophomores and juniors at an accredited four-year U.S. college, any major. A 3.2 GPA is required for competitive candidates (3.0 may be considered). First-years may apply without a GPA. Participants complete industry training, coaching, interview prep and required events.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis all year. Candidates for summer 2027 partner internships are reviewed from October to April, and the Success class usually closes in mid-April.
