PTK's FAQ says international and undocumented students may apply, and most PTK scholarships have no citizenship rule. A few individual awards do, so read each award's page.
Eligibility
You must be a PTK member to apply. Each award has its own criteria (GPA, credits, transfer plans); the official page says to check the individual program pages. Update your application each semester to stay eligible.
