The official page does not state a citizenship or immigration rule. Confirm with the organizer before you invest time.
INROADS says its selection is not based on citizenship. But the partner companies that hire interns may require U.S. work authorization, so a placement depends on the employer.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 to 3.0 (the program page and the FAQ differ, so confirm with INROADS). Business, STEM or Liberal Arts majors for the general program.
